Cabernet Sauvignon, Padthaway and Cabernet is a long-proved pairing.  The district’s temperate sunny days ripen the fruit perfectly and the cool nights preserve the freshness and varietal characters.
 
Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon- Picked 10 days later than our 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon, deep red in colour, with complex aromas of spice, cigar box and vanilla notes underlain with blackcurrant.  
The palate is rich and complex with a long, lingering finish. 
 
You will be rewarded for careful cellaring of this wine up to 2042.
